You inspect the strange device cautiously and suddenly are blinded by an intense flash of light! What is it? Perhaps it is a pre-war satellite fallen from orbit or a piece of prototype weaponry, either way you are about to be one rich man! The device appears to be made out of a reflective metal, and is letting out a glowing blue light. While out scavenging for supplies on your normal route, you stumble across a strange looking device.
